Leaning on the desk, Aurora flipped through the page of the current magazine she had been reading. Classes had been let out for around ten minutes, which gave enough time for the rest of the GSA club to meet. The young cat had been the first one in the room, as she had only come from the next room over. Now all the familiar had to do was wait for her witch to arrive. Whenever she was never around him Aurora did worry. If anything were to happen to him, she was sure that his mother would kill her and find a new and better familiar.
Grabbing her phone and sliding on the screen, she had to resist the urge to keep doing it about three more times. At times her feline side would come out and she would have to semi-explain it to people. Quickly texting Jake and wondering where in the world he was, Aurora sighed as she set her phone back down.
As the room began to fill up with more people, Ian Burke merely stood at the doorway watching them walk in or past the room. Kicking at the ground some, he was having a war with himself currently. To go and join and become a happy normal teenage boy? Or to run back home, hide in his room and tell his grandmother to tell his friends that he wasn't feeling well? The werewolf desperately wanted to go with the second option, to just run away easily. But he had promised a witch by the name of Anna Izumi that he would actually attend one meeting of their little GSA club.
Ian never broke a promise, intentionally at least. He always remained true to his word. Groaning and grumbling to himself, he grabbed the strap of his bag tightly as if it was his lifeline and forced himself to walk inside the classroom. Seeing a few familiar faces, such as Aurora West, Ian decided to stick to sitting in the back of the room. He only told Anna that he would sit down at the meeting, he never agreed on anything else.
